Executive Administrative Assistant – Full;-time, Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant to the CEO/COO-CFO/CAO provides executive, administrative, and development support to the President and Board of Directors, as well as the Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO/COO-CFO/CAO. The Executive Assistant serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects as needed.

Pre-surgery Collections – Full-time, Creating and collecting pre-surgical estimates for elective procedures, proving requested documentation. Insurance Collections – Full-time, West location, assisting with insurance accounts receivable (A/R) management for physician claims. Monitors outstanding balances, reviews reports including but not limited to clearinghouse rejections, claims denial tasks, and A/R aging reports. LPN – Full-time, Primary duties include medical phone triage. Will work collaboratively with an other LPN to triage patient calls for Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
