Administrative positions

Administrative Assistant / Receptionist – Full-time, bubbly, professional to greet visitors to the CBO, organized, multi-tasker, willing to do administrative tasks, order meals, maintain conference room, strong clerical skills. Associate degree required, Bachelors preferred. Reporting directly to the Director of Managed Care, primary point of contact for the CBO for internal and external constituencies.

Patient Accounts MRI– Full-time, provide excellent customer service through prompt and courteous communication. Assist patients and insurance provider representative regarding accounts or charges by getting requested documentation, correcting errors. Use professional etiquette, follow HIPAA, other duties as appropriate and assigned.

Patient Accounts Orthotics Collections– Full-time, customer service, assisting insurance carriers with questions regarding patient accounts, A/R, help with charges as needed, along with providing needed information to get claims processed, adhere to patient confidentiality policies, refund requests and other miscellaneous duties.

Surgery Scheduler –2 Full-time, Schedule and pre-cert diagnostic procedures, confirms orders as they are received if questions, communicate with doctor or primary nurses. Send orders and pre-cert to facilities. Screen patients for diagnostic studies and share with primary nurses and doctors as well.

Medical Receptionist – Full-time, Entering patient demographics, insurance, checking eligibility, Must have customer service skills, check in and check out, scan paperwork, and other various clerical duties.

Medical Receptionist – PRN, varied hours, greeting patients and visitor arriving to clinic, answers questions and provides direction, must have customer service skills, check in and check out, scan paperwork, and other various clerical duties. Flexibility is required. Potential to become full-time.

Pre-cert Coordinator – Full-time, Pre-cert surgery and diagnostic procedures, communicate authorization numbers with facilities, work with doctors as needed to set up peer to peer, getting dictation on time, communicate with patients, nurse and doctors about the status of the process.


Clinical positions

Athletic Trainer – PRN, up to 3 positions, primary responsibility to provide ATC coverage with contracted sports outreach programs and events.

Physical Therapy Assistant – Full-time, North location, Working with PT to treat patients, ideal team player, licensed, customer service, patient centered attitude.

Medical Assistant/Medical Specialist – Full-time, Focus on Patient flow efficiencies, rooming patients, removing staples, obtaining complete medical history, assisting with DME products, anticipating clinic needs and patient needs. Team oriented culture with Ideal Team Player requirements.

Medical Specialist (Medical Assistant) – Full-time, Certification required, must have EHR experience, NextGen preferred and orthopedics. Must be able to routinely walk and stand for extended periods of time.

Surgical Tech – Full-time, 1 position working 3p – 11:30p, orthopedic experience helpful, team players, CST required

Sterile Processing Tech– PRN, reprocess and sterilize instruments for a variety of orthopedic cases, to include total joints. Experience required. Certification preferred.
