Cailey Elder is fulfilled by working closely with patients to help them meet their goals through skilled interventions, laughter and words of encouragement. She especially enjoys working with patients who have joint replacements, sport-related injuries and complex regional pain syndrome.

Cailey earned an associate degree in physical therapist assistant from Roane

State Community College. She is trained in Graston Technique and McKenzie Method.

She developed an interest in physical therapy in high school when researching health science careers and discovered her passion for physical therapy through job shadowing. Since joining OrthoTennessee in 2018, Cailey enjoys being a part of patients’ rehabilitation journeys.

In her free time, she serves as a teacher in her church’s preschool with her husband. She also enjoys singing, playing guitar or ukulele, shopping, camping and spending time with her family.
