Cheyenne Cernak, PTA, is passionate about helping others regain independence and confidence – especially after seeing her brother struggle with a debilitating condition.  

She joined OrthoTennessee in 2020 and is trained in McKenzie method, Graston Technique, kinesiology taping and is a clinical instructor. She earned an associate degree in physical therapist assistant (PTA) from Pima Medical Institute.

Cheyenne is wife to husband Matt and mother to a young daughter and son. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, Pilates, gardening and playing with her children.
