John Van Leeuwen

John van Leeuwen is passionate about helping people regain function and getting patients back to doing the things they love. He treats upper and lower extremities and enjoys working with a variety of conditions, including trauma, joint replacements, neurological conditions, sports injuries and spine dysfunction. He regularly works with students to help equip them for outpatient therapy.
John earned an associate degree from South College with summa cum laude honors. He is certified in Graston Technique, kinesiology taping (RockTape), Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) therapy (SmartCuffs®) and Lee Silverman Voice Treatment (LSVT) BIG® for Parkinson’s treatment. John has been with OrthoTennessee since 2012.
He is involved in church activities, martial arts, hiking and wood working and enjoys spending time with his wife, son and German shepherd.
