Tracy Longhurst enjoys helping individuals achieve their goals of improving function, living a pain-free life and enabling them to return to their daily activities and sports with confidence. She primarily treats orthopaedic injuries, especially of the hip, knee and shoulder.

She has a passion for working with athletes of all sports and enjoys the challenges that the recovery process provides them both mentally and physically when returning to the playing field.

Tracy earned a bachelor’s degree, Master of Education (M.Ed.) and Education Specialist (Ed.S.) from Lincoln Memorial University. After serving as a high school biology teacher for 11 years, she changed careers and earned an associate degree from Walters State Community College and pursued her license in physical therapist assistant. She has been a PTA since 2016 and joined OrthoTennessee in 2023.

Tracy enjoys doing yoga, working out, cheering on the Vols and spending time with her two dogs, Dexter and Fiona.
