Justin B. Jones, M.D. is an orthopedic surgeon, certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He attended Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, where he graduated magna cum laude in biochemistry. He was awarded his Doctor of Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. He completed his residency training in orthopaedic surgery at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia. He currently serves as Alcoa High Schools team physician.
Following residency, he completed fellowship training in adult reconstructive surgery (total joint arthroplasty) at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute for Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine/New York University (ISK/NYU). During fellowship, he received advanced training in knee and revision knee arthroplasty; hip and revision hip arthroplasty; total shoulder arthroplasty; and arthroscopy of the hip, knee and shoulder.
Dr. Jones was in private practice in Hickory, North Carolina, for two years before moving to Maryville in 2017. He and his wife, Erin, have one child.
